While I hope you and your Oddling become fast friends, sometimes the connection just isn't there. If this is the case, you may return eligible purchases within 14 days for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
How to return an item?

All digital assets are not returnable.
Customized Oddlings may not be eligible. Please reache out to me, and we can chat about it!
Items must be in their original condition, which includes being free of signs of wear and tear, stains, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, alterations, odors (such as cigarette smoke or perfume), or any other condition other than that in which it arrived. I reserve the right to refuse a refund and dispose of any item that I consider no longer appropriate for resale.
Orders must be returned within 14 days. After this window, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Please include your name, order number, and which item you would like to return in your message.
Then send your item back within the 14 day window.
Inspection
Refunds will only be given after I have received and inspected the item. If the item is still in its original condition, I will issue a refund. This amount does not include shipping costs or other items that may have been purchased at the same time.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
